Automated Under Vehicle Inspection and Visitor Management –

These technologies including the Gatekeeper Under Vehicle Inspection System, along with various other forms of visitor management processes and procedures provide a secure atmosphere for assured personnel verification and the elimination of potential volatile substances, weapons detection and/or unauthorized entry or exit of sensitive materials.

One of our key products is the under vehicle surveillance platform from Gatekeeper. This extremely innovative solution is utilized around the globe for many high security and highly sensitive area inspection processing. The Gatekeeper unit is an automated platform that combines a sealed unit that scans the vehicle as it crosses through its’ detection view shed.
The vehicle maybe a car, truck, locomotive, even tanks and other specialty vehicles, where the unit provides a complete video view shed image capture of the undercarriage and immediately recognizes any anomalies based on the vehicle type and identification. These extremely durable inspection platforms are deployed very easily in permanent type asphalt or concrete drive paths and/or in the quickly deployed surface type application. The Gatekeeper product also incorporates an innovative and directly integrated ALPR (Automatic License Plate Recognition system) to further automate the process as recognized by both the vehicle identification and the physical make and style of the vehicle and the image capture of the occupants!

As vehicle enters the designated inspection field, crosses over the Gatekeeper image capture unit, and immediately provides the operator an opened or butterfly view of the complete undercarriage of the vehicle including areas unable to be seen by any other methodology. A device as small as a golf ball hidden above the differential can immediately be seen and due to that being an anomaly for that vehicle, would be highlighted as a critical item of concern.(See Gatekeeper Video here )

This process happens all without any need for personnel input. When used along with the ALPR, the vehicle is identified with all associated criteria, the driver identification or access control verifies along with the vehicle and the clearance of the vehicle and any anomalies from its last visit to this inspection are immediately noted and documented within the platform.
